  The hosts are welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Unfortunately we couldn’t choose the weather, and so we were glad of a warm dry home to come back to.

• "Amazing property, set back behind Marazion, lovely and quiet but still only a short walk from town."

  The house was amazing, well decorated and comfy. The owner left us a bottle of prosecco and cream teas which was an extra surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our couple of nights and would highly recommend this property.

• "A wonderful second visit to this delightful home from home."

  The hosts were just as helpful and friendly as last year. The house has been maintained to the same high standard with a thoughtful welcome pack and flowers on arrival waiting in the kitchen. The weather was spectacular but there is plenty to do in the area even on non beach days. 3 major chain supermarkets approx 3 miles and a 10 minute walk to artisan shops and galleries in Marazion. Highly recommend for family holidays of all ages.

• "Fantastic modern accommodation."

  Super clean, all the comforts of home! Didn't want for anything! Perfectly situated in a quiet location but within walking distance of all local pubs/shops/restaurants. Lovely welcome from Sharon on arrival, the cream tea and fizz was a really nice touch. Thank you! Would highly recommend!

• "Sea Dreams is one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in."

  Clean, spacious, well equipped, a short walk to the village centre and amazing views. There is plenty of room for 7 adults, good parking and a cream tea on arrival! There is so much to do locally - walking, boat trips, good pubs, St Michaels Mount, museums, lovely beaches and loads more. Definitely recommend Sea Dreams as a great place to stay.

  It's in a pleasant location and St Michael's Mount (and the village of Marazion) is only a short walk away. We were very grateful for both an early check in and later check out. The owner was very warm and helpful and I really appreciated the advance call I recevied a few days prior to our arrival. The house was perfect for a family of 6 and we'd be very happy to stay there again.

• "A fantastic home situated in the beautiful Marazion."

  The owner was so welcoming when we arrived and ensured that we had everything we needed. As an added touch there was some treats left for us in the fridge which we enjoyed greatly. Some highlights of our time was visiting some of the most beautiful beaches including Porthcurno, well worth a drive! We also visited the seal sanctuary and Healey’s cider farm. Both were great days! If you stay in Marazion be sure to have breakfast at the Godolphin, it’s lovely and also have dinner at the Fire Engine, which is just down the road from the house. We hope to come back in a couple of years for another visit!

• "Wonderful owner and family who welcomed us all so warmly."

  Lots of local advice about places to eat and visit. The house was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. Everything was provided that we could have wanted (including a delicious cream tea on arrival) and in excellent condition. Having the smart TV's with options for viewing made the rainy occasions much easier to satisfy 3 generations. Good positioning for views of countryside and sea, not directly on a road but good access to town, seaside and supermarkets. Highly recommend. And the tractors were an added bonus that made the holiday for one little boy (and Grandpa!).

• "Having not had a holiday so far this year, we were so looking forward to a stay in Marazion."

  I booked the house, and from there, everything ran so smoothly. Sykes were so friendly and adjusted our stay, when we wished to add an extra night. The house is impeccably looked after, and Sharon (owner) was the most friendly and welcoming host. The house exceeded our expectations, and we immediately felt comfortable and at home. The strain of the last months fell away, and we relaxed into our stay. Thank you so much for making us so happy and content. We will definitely return!

• "Beautiful spacious house and location with ample room for 7 people."

  Spotlessly clean and modern home from home. Beds and sofa are so comfortable. Drive for parking. Kitchen has everything you need for self catering. Super quality TV and Alexa for late evening relaxation. Looking out to sea whilst using shower on the 3rd floor and gazing at stars through skylight windows was a treat. Sharon (owner) responded quickly to our questions and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely touches by popping in to say hello when we arrived and providing dressing gowns, plus welcome pack of milk, cream tea, Prosecco, soft beverages and biscuits. Marazion is a 10 min walk and we had lovely meals in local pubs/restaurants. Advance booking recommended in ‘COVID times’. Recommend 100% and would love to return.

• "The property was immaculate and it was nice to note that equipment (cooking, cleaning etc."

  ) was of good quality as there can be a tendency for these items to be as cheap as possible. The Prosecco was a lovely and welcome surprise as was the cream tea. Sharon, our hostess, could not be any more welcoming and helpful and was genuinely concerned that we were happy. Will definitely seek to return to this property and consider others if they are to this standard.

• "Sea Dreams was an absolute dream to stay in for our holiday to Cornwall."

  It was immaculately decorated, with everything you could wish for. The kitchen was very well equipped in terms of plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses etc even a coffee machine! The beds were so very comfortable too. The property was only a 5/10 minute walk into Marazion itself with the beautiful St Michael's Mount on view out of the front windows of the property.

  The property is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, family orientated and extremely well equipped both inside and out. Its location suited us perfectly too, being close enough to Marazion, Mounts Bay and many other lovely little beaches, pretty harbour towns and stunning walks, all within easy reach either by foot or short drives by car. We loved Sea Dreams and would definitely recommend it.

• "Sea Dreams is in a wonderful quiet location and has beautiful views of St Michael’s Mount to the front and countryside to the rear."

  However, it is also well located for visits to many other of Cornwall’s tourist destinations and has ample parking outside the property. It’s very spacious and comfortable throughout and my teenagers loved the huge corner sofa and smart tv. The kitchen has plenty of crockery and everything was well provided, including lovely treats on arrival. We had a great week and would definitely recommend to others.
